On July 17th, 2006, amid warm applause,
Presbyter Ji Jianhong, Chairman of national TSPM and Rev.
Dr. Walt Winters and Ms. Gunya Na Thalang, the Director
of International Ministry and General Secretary of Asian
Ministry respectively of International Lutheran Laymen's
League unveiled the red silk cloth that covered the indication
board of the new Audio-Visual Studio in the headquarters
building of CCC/TSPM. President Cao Shengjie said:¡°Thank
God for this new building. Thank God for his blessings particularly
in this room for new audio and video works. I would like
to express our appreciation for your donation.¡± Rev. Dr.
Walt Winters returned that:¡°I'm happy as the donators and
supporters. It's our privilege to give you some tools and
some equipments as the studio. We are by God's words that
would reach more people. I value the friendship with Presbyter
Ji and Rev. Cao and all members of CCC who are serving this
country.¡± Rev. Deng Fucun prayed for this ministry which
glorifies God. Afterwards, each of Presbyter Ji, Rev. Cao,
Rev. Dr. Walt Winters and Ms. Gunya Na Thalang spoke a few
phrases words to express their feelings at the moment. These
phrases were recorded and presented to the guests in a tape.
Before the unveiling ceremony, Presbyter Ji Jianhong, Rev.
Cao Shengjie and Rev. Deng Fucun and other staff members
shared in Christ with Rev. Dr. Walt Winters and Ms. Gunya
Na Thalang.
The International Lutheran Laymen's League is a propagating
organization which spreads gospel through medium by Lutheran
denomination. Over the years, it has had friendly relations
with Church in China and gave great support for its publication
ministry. We believe that this new Audio-Visual Studio donated
by the International Lutheran Laymen's League is a good
witness to God's grace. It will surely strengthen the friendship
between CCC/TSPM and International Lutheran Laymen's League.
