The Church in China is gaining strength. Meanwhile, in response to the challenges of our time, Chinese theological education needs to be strengthened both in its hardware and its software. Only in this way will the Church in China be able to bring forth more competent people to serve the church. With the support from the government and the CCC/TSPM, Nanjing Union Theological Seminary is preparing to build a new campus in Nanjing's Jiangning district. The whole project will be started after Spring Festival 2006.
